Objective
Drive awareness and participation in the WeCare program by letting eligible customers know they could receive free energy-saving upgrades. The campaign focused on simplicity and clarity, emphasizing that qualifying for upgrades is easy and requires minimal effort.

Approach
I supported a multi-channel outreach strategy combining social media, direct mail, and in-home posters. Messaging highlighted eligibility and benefits, with QR codes and vanity URLs to simplify follow-through. Creative was designed to be clear, approachable, and actionable, ensuring customers could quickly understand and engage with the program.

Key Insight
