In my role through TRC on Evergy’s Business Energy Savings Program, I supported Kansas businesses in the Evergy territory by promoting energy-efficient upgrades through the business energy savings program. The program is structured to be approachable, offering a simple path for smaller projects and a guided pre-approval process for larger investments. I also worked to ensure small businesses and non-profit organizations understood their eligibility for enhanced incentives, helping make energy savings more accessible across a wide range of customers.
